Corpuscule Danse is Quebec’s first professional company for integrated dance. The company’s mandate centres around the development of integrated dance  , an inclusive artistic practice that brings together dance performers with and without disabilities, which may be visible or invisible. Through creation and dissemination of artistic performances, as well as research, teaching and cultural mediation, the company contributes to the inclusion, recognition and professionalisation of artists of bodily and functional diversity. Through all its activities, the company aims to promote diversity and better collective wellbeing .

 

DÉPAYSEMENT : LES EAUX INTIMES (Change of scene: The inner waters) is a sensitive interweaving between visual art and dance, in which artists, through various performative interventions, transform the constantly shifting space. At the heart of the show, five creative performers, under the choreographic direction of Georges-Nicolas Tremblay, inhabit, deconstruct, converse, transform and leave traces in the environment created by multidisciplinary artist Marie-Hélène Bellavance. The sound ambiance is composed by artist Alexandra Templier. The audience is free to make their own journey and tame an environment made of dreams, memories and intimate confidences by circulating freely among visual, sound and performative installations and contributing to the metamorphosis of a multisensory work on resilience and transformation.
